General

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail, telephone or by post with Earthfare (Archstone Ltd). Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. By using this site you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.

Orders

We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online transaction (secure server), e-mail (insecure), post, fax or through our store. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder. We are only able to dispatch orders to the registered billing address for the card that you use for your order.

All orders are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you and advise you of the expected delivery date.

Distance Selling Regulations

You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the website under the distance selling regulations for refund. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or items personalised or made to your specification.

To cancel any item, you can e-mail, fax or write to us with your details and order number. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging and must not use them. Goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice to cancel. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost following receipt of the goods.

Providing the goods are received back in an unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive a full refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel.

Products, Prices & Content

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the images and colours depicted on this website match as closely as possible those of the actual product, some colours may vary due to technical limitations. Suppliers also update packaging without notification.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated.

Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.

Allergy and nutritional information is included to the best of our knowledge and belief. Allergy advice and product ingredients change from time to time. Products may be manufactured and/or packed in an environment where allergens may be present. We will clearly indicate this wherever possible.

Any information displayed on our website(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our website is updated regularly.

We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Ownership of Goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Earthfare until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

Age Restrictions Policy

We cannot by law sell alcoholic products or products containing alcohol to persons under the age of 18. Proof of ID may be requested on sales of alcohol via this Website. By placing an order for an alcoholic product using this Website you are confirming that you are aged 18 or over.

Please Note: It is illegal to buy alcoholic products or products containing alcohol if you are under the age of 18 or for someone else who is under the age of 18.
