Welcome to our cultured vegetable pantry, where we keep our raw and organic sauerkraut, beet kraut and kimchi, all of which are known to offer benefits to the digestive system. Kraut is high in dietary fibre, vitamins and minerals, as well containing the odd billion or so gut-friendly bacteria - that's an awful lot of naturally fermented probiotics to help keep things running smoothly down there! And contrary to popular belief, it actually tastes pretty good, too!
