Directions: Just 70g (aprox 4 tablespoons) of Buddha’s Awakening with approx 110mls of hot water (or your favorite type of ‘milk’ such as almond milk) gives a satisfying breakfast. No need to cook, just pour the liquid on and mix well for about 2 mins.Add your favourite toppings such as banana, berries or Iswari Raw Sprouted Oats.
