Udon's thick, bouncy chew is one of the great pleasures of Japanese noodle cooking — and these brown rice versions get impressively close. Made from organic brown rice flour with sea salt, they work beautifully in miso broth, teriyaki stir-fries, and cold with a dipping sauce in summer.
Certified gluten free and organic. Vegan. No allergens. Cook, rinse in cold water, and use as you would regular udon. A genuinely good gluten-free noodle.
