Hollows is a ginger beer that earns the 'beer' label — it's genuinely fermented, made with a fermented ginger extract alongside pear juice concentrate, giving it a depth and complexity that mixed ginger sodas can't achieve. The alcohol content comes from the fermentation process rather than added spirits, giving it a naturally clean, rounded character.
The pear juice adds a subtle fruitiness that softens the ginger heat without removing it — this is a properly warming ginger beer rather than a gentle ginger-flavoured fizzy drink.
