Their sun-dried tomato paste brings together 60% slow-dried Greek tomatoes with 39% organic extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil and sea salt for a deeply concentrated, intensely flavoured paste.

The tomato content here is exceptional — at 60%, this is genuine sun-dried tomato paste rather than a diluted product. The slow drying intensifies the natural sugars and umami of the tomatoes into a complex, deeply savoury character that a fresh or tinned tomato can't match.
