Golden, crunchy, and deeply cashew. Meridian's crunchy cashew butter is made with 96% roasted cashews and a little sunflower oil, crushed (not ground) to keep that satisfying texture in every spoonful. 20g of protein per 100g, naturally rich in magnesium and iron, and with no added sugar or palm oil.
Cashews are technically seeds from the tropical cashew apple — they have a naturally creamy, mellow flavour and slightly sweet character that makes this one of the most versatile nut butters in the range. Spread it on crumpets or crackers, stir into cakes, or use in Asian-inspired sauces where you'd usually reach for peanut butter. A genuinely different, genuinely delicious alternative.
