Pukka's Peace blend combines chamomile and lavender as classic calming herbs with spearmint (36%) for freshness, hemp (Cannabis sativa, 6%) as an additional nervine and ashwagandha root for adaptogenic stress support. The inclusion of both hemp and ashwagandha makes this one of the more functionally targeted calming teas in their range.
Hemp (the leaf and seed of low-THC Cannabis sativa) is traditionally used as a calming herb, separate from its cannabinoid content. Ashwagandha root is one of the most researched adaptogens for supporting the body's stress response and promoting a sense of calm without sedation. Licorice root provides natural sweetness and soothing properties.

How to brew: One bag in freshly boiled water, steep for 10–15 minutes for the full adaptogenic benefit of the ashwagandha.
