Using highly bioavailable citrate forms of both calcium and magnesium, this combination supports bone and muscle function, nerve transmission, energy metabolism and immune health.
The powder format makes it easy to adjust your dose, mix into smoothies or juice, and suits those who prefer not to swallow capsules. Magnesium and calcium work synergistically for muscle and bone health, while zinc contributes immune, skin and reproductive support.
Mix 5g (approximately 1 teaspoon) into water, juice or a smoothie. Take once or twice daily as required.
