Yarrow Complex is a traditional herbal tincture combining three plants with long-established uses in European and folk herbal medicine: Yarrow (Achillea millefolium), Shepherd's Purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris) and Senna (Cassia senna).
Yarrow is a bitter tonic herb used traditionally to support digestion and promote gut motility. Shepherd's Purse brings astringent properties long associated with gut health. Senna is a well-established herbal laxative — its anthraquinone glycosides gently stimulate the natural muscular contractions of the intestinal wall that keep things moving.
For occasional constipation and sluggish bowel function — short-term use alongside good hydration and a fibre-rich diet.
