Honeysuckle is the remedy for when we are living more in the past than the present. Dwelling on memories of past events, whether happy or sad, reminiscing generally and wishing things could be as they were or wish they had been different. Honeysuckle helps us to remember and reflect on cherished memories and past happiness while feeling the benefit of them in the present moment. This remedy assists us to ground and feel all our experiences in this ‘now’ moment.
Ingredients: Honeysuckle Flower Essence, Brandy, Alcohol 40% vol
How to Use: Place 2 drops in a glass of water, sip occasionally or selecting 2 or 3 essences place 2 drops of each into a 30 ml bottle of water taking 4 drops 4 times daily.
