Proper cereal, properly made. These crispy spelt flakes combine certified organic spelt wheat with a little organic honey and barley malt for a gentle natural sweetness that doesn't need anything artificial to taste good.
Excellent with milk or a plant-based alternative, scattered over yoghurt, or mixed with fruit for a quick, satisfying breakfast. Certified organic. Contains gluten (spelt wheat and barley). May contain soya and lupin. High in protein (14g per 100g) and a good source of fibre.
