Bergamot essential oil is uplifting and energising, and helps you to feel positive and happy. It is very supportive during sad, stressful, hectic times, including times of emotional upset and grief. Bergamot is one of the essential oils in our Happiness blend, to uplift your spirits and help you feel positive and keep smiling. Bergamot is rich in vitamins and phytonutrients. It is a cleansing essential oil, and safe for skin that may be prone to oily breakouts.
Ingredients: 100% pure bergamot FCF essential oil – nothing else is added.
Suggestions for use:
Blend 6-10 drops and add to a bath.
Mix 5 drops with water to use in an oil burner.
Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation.
Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage.
