Description
A stimulating, warming, reviving essential oil with a spicy and slightly sweet aroma.
Cinnamon essential oil is stimulating & energising. When used in massage it can relieve aching joints after a busy day. It is also calming and reviving and helps supports a healthy digestive system. When used in skincare, cinnamon must be carefully diluted.
Ingredients: 100% pure cinnamon essential oil – nothing else is added.
Suggestions for use: Mix 5 drops with water to use in an oil burner.
Mix 1-5 drops with hot water as an inhalation.
Mix 1-2 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage.
Patch test before use.
