Frankincense essential oil is particularly useful when meditating, to slow breathing and promote a peaceful and grounded mind. The aroma is often described ‘haunting’, perhaps partly referring to its historical significance during religious and spiritual ceremonies. When used in skincare, frankincense essential oil has an regenerative affect, which supports the skin’s natural repair process for healthy, youthful-looking skin. It is an astringent oil and is safe for all skin types, including those prone to oily breakouts and acne.
Ingredients: 100% pure frankincense essential oil – nothing else is added.
Suggestions for use:
Blend 5-10 drops and add to a bath.
Mix 5-10 drops with water to use in an oil burner.
Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation.
Patch test before use on the skin.
