An excellent all-rounder, lavender essential oil is useful for many conditions around the home, and is widely used in skincare and for emotional wellbeing. It is a relaxing, soothing and calming oil, helping to reduce daily stress and support a peaceful night’s sleep. Lavender is one of the essential oils in our ‘Sleep Ease’ blend, to relax and soothe for a restful night’s sleep. In skincare, lavender essential oil is antibacterial, antiseptic and antimicrobial, and encourages skin cells natural regeneration to heal cuts and grazes.
Ingredients: 100% pure lavender essential oil – nothing else is added.
Suggestions for use:
Blend 5-10 drops and add to a bath.
Mix 5-10 drops with water to use in an oil burner.
Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation.
Patch test before use on the skin.
