Myrrh is a relaxing and fortifying oil, used for spiritual connection during meditation and religious and spiritual ceremonies. As a natural remedy, myrrh is used for a healthy throat and mouth, for menstruation, respiratory function and to support clear airways. It is helpful in a steam inhalation for chronic respiratory issues. Myrrh is a valuable oil for skincare, as it supports the skin’s natural ability to heal itself. It is also a useful ingredient for natural oral care products. Expectorant, antibacterial, antifungal, antiseptic.
Ingredients: 100% pure myrrh essential oil – nothing else is added.
Suggestions for use:
Blend 5-10 drops and add to a bath.
Mix 5-10 drops with water to use in an oil burner.
Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation.
Patch test before use on the skin.
Myrrh is relatively viscous (thick). Remove the internal dropper before use. If the oil doesn’t easily pour, warm the bottle up either in a warm room or place the sealed bottle in a bowl of very hot water.
