Peppermint is antispasmodic and commonly used to clear the head and relieve head-tension, as well as to support a healthy digestion. It is very energising and uplifting, and is good for healthy energy levels, as well as being useful for shock and to help soothe pain. It is excellent to revive and refresh tired feet. Peppermint essential oil deters pests, rodents, spiders and insects, and is antimicrobial, antiseptic, antiviral.
Ingredients: 100% pure organic peppermint essential oil – nothing else is added.
Suggestions for use:
Blend 5-10 drops and add to a bath.
Mix 5-10 drops with water to use in an oil burner.
Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation.
Patch test before use on the skin.
