Sweet orange essential oil is an uplifting and energising oil, rich in antioxidants (85% limonene and 2% myrcene), and vitamins A, B, and C. Sweet orange helps support energy levels, both physically and mentally, and is really effective for those feeling sad or experiencing nervous tension from everyday stress. It is often used in aromatherapy to promote happiness and warmth and to relieve tiredness and listlessness. Sweet orange also supports healthy detox, digestion and lymphatic drainage, especially when used in massage. When used in skincare, the rich phytonutrient profile promotes bright and healthy-looking youthful skin. Antiseptic, bactericidal, fungicidal.
Ingredients: 100% pure sweet orange essential oil – nothing else is added.
Suggestions for use:
Blend 5-10 drops and add to a bath.
Mix 5-10 drops with water to use in an oil burner.
Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation.
Patch test before use on the skin.
