An aromatic, live, natural & raw kimchi, made with crunchy, sliced, British brussels sprouts - delicious! This product is unpasteurised and packed in plastic-free packaging. Slightly spicier than the Classic Kimchi from Bath Culture House.
This is a seasonal product; it is only made when Brussels are available locally.
Ingredients: Brussels sprouts, carrots, onions, ginger, seaweed, garlic, Gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes) & sea salt.
