This is a cordial that earns the label. Belvoir's organic elderflower cordial is made with 8% fresh organic elderflowers — not dried, not extracted, but actual blossoms picked and pressed at their Lincolnshire farm — alongside organic lemons and organic sugar.
The fragrance of fresh elderflowers is complex and impossible to replicate artificially — which is why Belvoir don't try. The flavour is bright, floral and genuinely summery, with the lemon providing just enough citrus backbone to stop it tipping into cloying.

How to use: Dilute 1 part cordial to 10 parts still or sparkling water. Also excellent in cocktails, salad dressings, and poured over vanilla ice cream or fresh strawberries.
