Belvoir have been making elderflower drinks at their farm in Lincolnshire since 1984, and this is the one that made their name. The organic pressé is built on real elderflower blossoms — not an extract or a flavouring — combined with pressed lemon juice and carbonated spring water.
The result is delicate, floral and properly refreshing in a way that mass-produced elderflower drinks never quite manage. The flavour is fragrant without being sweet, and the carbonation is gentle enough to let the elderflower actually come through.
Certified organic — the elderflowers, sugar and lemons are all grown without synthetic pesticides. Vegan and gluten free.
Serving suggestion: Serve very cold over ice. Beautiful with a sprig of mint or a slice of cucumber. Also works as a mixer with gin or prosecco.
