BetterYou use cholecalciferol (D3) and menaquinone-7 (MK-7 K2) — both in their optimal bioavailable forms. The oral spray delivers them directly to the buccal mucosa for rapid absorption, bypassing the digestive system entirely.
MK-7 has a significantly longer half-life than the shorter MK-4 form — a single daily dose is sufficient to maintain active levels in the blood.
