Dr Megan Rossi's low-sugar granola is designed for people who love a crunchy breakfast but want to keep their sugar intake in check. At its heart is 59% wholegrain oats and chicory root fibre — a prebiotic that actively feeds the beneficial bacteria in your gut.
The naturally low sugar profile means you're getting complex carbohydrates and prebiotic fibre for sustained energy, without the spike-and-crash of sugar-heavy mainstream granolas. Sunflower and pumpkin seeds add magnesium, zinc and healthy fats; walnuts and cashews bring additional protein and omega-3.
Vegan. No added refined sugar. No artificial additives.
Serving suggestion: 45g with milk or plant-based yogurt. Works brilliantly as a topping for Cocos coconut kefir or sheep's milk yogurt.
