Made by a family bakery in Münsterland, Germany — established in 1927 and still going strong. Biona's vitality rye bread uses wholegrain rye freshly ground before baking, fermented naturally with rye sourdough, and packed with an 8% sprouted seed mix of mung bean, rye, radish, aduki, alfalfa and linseed.
Dense, deeply flavoured and high in fibre (9.9g per 100g). Certified organic, vegan and made without artificial additives. The kind of bread worth seeking out.
