Dark chocolate and coffee at their most seductive — Booja-Booja's Around Midnight espresso truffles are built on 55% cocoa solids chocolate and 5% coffee, wrapped in a silky ganache made with coconut oil rather than dairy cream. The result is intensely chocolatey, with a proper coffee depth that doesn't tip into bitterness.
Booja-Booja have been making handcrafted vegan chocolates in Norfolk since 1999. Everything they make is certified organic, vegan and gluten free — and they use no refined fillers, no dairy and no soya. The ingredients are genuinely short: chocolate, coconut oil, water, coffee, agave syrup, vanilla. That's it.
