100% Sauvignon grown on chalky soils with elements of flint and clay in the Loire Valley. Fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks to ensure full fruit vigour is retained. Fresh, light and pristine with notes of white peach, citrus fruit and just a touch of mango. Dry, crisp, verdant and refreshing on the palate. The fine minerality on the finale adds to the sense of vibrancy and easy appeal.
