Caroboo has reimagined the chocolate bar for anyone who can't or prefers not to eat cocoa. Carob is a naturally sweet pod that's been used as a cocoa substitute for centuries — it's caffeine-free and theobromine-free (the stimulants in chocolate that some people are sensitive to), and it has a naturally sweet, mild, slightly caramel character.
The Mint Choco Bar combines organic carob powder with creamed coconut and peppermint extract for a flavour that genuinely satisfies a mint chocolate craving — refreshing, slightly sweet, with a cooling finish. Chicory root fibre adds prebiotic benefit and helps with the texture. The fats come from shea butter and palm — no seed oils.

Serving suggestion: Keep one in a bag for when a chocolate bar is called for but caffeine isn't. Works particularly well as an evening treat.
