Each 100g delivers around 22g of plant protein — comfortably making this one of the most nutritious pasta options on any shelf.

Made in Piemonte by the Castagno family, Italy's original organic pasta makers, this gluten-free fusilli has a slightly sweet, earthy depth from the legume blend and holds its spiral shape well through cooking. It works brilliantly with both simple olive oil dressings and hearty ragu-style sauces.
