The foundation of a great lasagne. Castagno's Organic Durum Wheat Lasagne Sheets are made from certified organic durum wheat semolina — bronze-die rolled for a slightly rough surface that holds the layers of sauce and cheese together beautifully in the oven.
These are traditional Italian lasagne sheets that pre-cook (or use straight into your bake, depending on your sauce's consistency) and come up perfectly al dente when layered with a rich ragù or béchamel. The Castagno family have been making lasagne sheets since the early days of their Piemonte mill, and the craft really shows.
