The striking deep pink hue comes entirely from real organic beetroot, and the subtle herbal sweetness from organic basil. On the plate, it's a genuine showstopper.

Made from certified organic durum wheat semolina with organic beetroot and basil, this is a naturally coloured, flavour-infused pasta that works wonderfully with light, fresh dressings — a simple ricotta and lemon, a fresh herb pesto, or just olive oil and good parmesan. The colour softens slightly on cooking but the flavour shines through.
