Adzuki beans are revered in East Asian cuisine for their rich, slightly sweet flavour and impressive nutritional profile.

With around 20g of plant protein per 100g and a good hit of fibre and iron, this naturally gluten-free pasta is a brilliant choice for those building more variety into a plant-based diet. The deep reddish-brown colour is entirely natural, and the slightly earthy sweetness pairs wonderfully with Asian-inspired sauces, miso dressings, or simple olive oil and herbs.
