Castagno's Organic White Spelt Spaghetti is made from refined organic white spelt flour — lighter than wholegrain but with a noticeably more complex, slightly sweet flavour than standard wheat spaghetti.

Spelt (Triticum spelta) is an ancient cousin of modern wheat, prized for its natural sweetness, higher protein content and better digestibility for some people. Castagno's white spelt pasta is bronze-die extruded for the ideal rough texture, and cooks to a beautifully silky, al dente finish.
