The wholesome choice — and a genuinely delicious one. Castagno's Organic Whole Durum Wheat Fusilli is made from 100% certified organic wholegrain durum wheat semolina, bronze-die extruded for that rough, sauce-gripping texture that marks out quality pasta from the rest.
Wholegrain pasta contains the full kernel — bran, germ and endosperm — meaning more fibre, more vitamins and a richer, nuttier flavour than white pasta. At 8.5g of fibre per 100g and a deeper, more satisfying taste, this fusilli makes the switch from white to wholegrain feel entirely worthwhile.
Certified organic, made in Piemonte, Italy by the Castagno family since 1946. Vegan and free from additives.
