Wholegrain spaghetti has a nuttier, slightly more assertive flavour than white — one that stands up brilliantly to robust sauces like a classic bolognese, a punchy arrabbiata or a garlicky puttanesca. At 8.5g of fibre per 100g and a sustained energy release, it's pasta that keeps you going long after the bowl is empty.
