The ancient grain spaghetti that rewards those who seek it out. Castagno's Organic Wholegrain Spelt Spaghetti is made from 100% certified organic wholegrain spelt flour — combining the iconic long pasta shape with the full nutritional and flavour benefits of the whole ancient grain.

Wholegrain spelt has a wonderfully earthy, slightly sweet complexity that's more interesting than standard wheat spaghetti, and the full-grain fibre content (10g per 100g) makes it a deeply satisfying, slow-releasing pasta that really fills you up. Excellent with classic Italian sauces, but equally brilliant with anything earthy — wild garlic, truffled oil, or a rich porcini sauce.
