Conventional chewing gum contains plastic — specifically polyvinyl acetate or polyisobutylene as the gum base, neither of which is biodegradable. Chewsy uses a natural chicle-based gum base (derived from the sapodilla tree) alongside candelilla wax and carnauba wax, creating a genuinely plant-based, biodegradable chewing gum that performs exactly like the conventional kind.
Sweetened with xylitol — which has the added benefit of actively supporting oral health by reducing the acid-forming bacteria that cause tooth decay — and flavoured with natural lemon flavouring. No aspartame, no acesulfame K, no synthetic sweeteners.
Vegan. Free from plastic gum base. No artificial sweeteners or flavours.
