Mugi miso (barley miso) is fermented for longer than white miso, which gives it a deeper, more complex character — brilliant in hearty miso soups, as a base for marinades, stirred into dressings, or used as a glaze on roasted vegetables or fish.
Certified organic and vegan. Contains gluten (barley) and soya. High in protein (11g per 100g). The miso that earns its place on the worktop and stays there.
