Genmai miso (brown rice miso) sits between white and barley in terms of character — versatile enough for everyday soups and bold enough to hold its own in glazes and marinades. Clearspring's organic version uses whole soybeans and brown rice, traditionally fermented for a beautifully balanced result.
Certified organic and vegan. Contains soya. High in protein (12g per 100g). The jar that lives in the fridge and gets used constantly — for good reason.
