White miso is the workhorse of Japanese cooking — subtle enough to use in everything, complex enough to add genuine depth wherever it goes. Clearspring's jar uses 53% organic whole soybeans and is properly fermented for a rounded, balanced character.
Certified organic and vegan. Contains soya. High in protein (12g per 100g). The jar that lives in the fridge, gets used constantly, and makes everything it touches a little bit better.
