Shoyu is the archetypal soya sauce — brewed with both soybeans and wheat, giving it a more complex, rounded sweetness that makes it excellent at the table as well as in the kitchen. Clearspring's organic version is properly brewed using traditional methods with organic ingredients throughout.
Certified organic and vegan. Contains gluten (wheat) and soya. The 500ml size is ideal for households that cook regularly with soya sauce — in stir-fries, dressings, marinades, and noodle dishes. An essential bottle.
