This is baba ganoush in spirit — 75.7% roasted aubergine pulp combined with tahini, rapeseed oil and lemon juice for a dip that's smoky, creamy and deeply savoury. The aubergine is properly roasted to develop the charred, caramelised character that makes this style of dip so compelling.
Delphi Foods is a Greek-owned British deli brand with decades of experience in authentic Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dips. This one is vegan, gluten free, and genuinely substantial — not a thin, flavoured hummus alternative but a proper smoky aubergine dip with real character.
