Dillon Organic's chia and flax keto bread is a genuinely impressive gluten-free loaf — built on sunflower seeds, 13% flaxseed, 2% chia seeds and tapioca flour, with psyllium husk as the binding agent that gives it the structure that most seed-based gluten-free breads lack.
The result is a dense, substantial slice with a genuinely bread-like chew and a flavour that's nutty and slightly earthy from the seeds. It's very low in net carbohydrates — the carbohydrates present are largely non-digestible fibre from the seeds and psyllium — making it suitable for those following a low-carb or ketogenic approach.
