For bread with proper depth of flavour and a beautifully textured crust — Doves Farm's Organic Malthouse Bread Flour is a classic blend of certified organic strong white wheat flour, wholemeal wheat flour and malted wheat flakes. It's the flour behind those deeply flavoursome, slightly chewy malthouse loaves that make the whole house smell incredible as they bake.
The malted wheat flakes give the bread a wonderful texture and a rich, malty sweetness that standard white or wholemeal loaves simply can't match. It's equally good for hand-shaped loaves, rolls and flatbreads — anywhere you want a loaf with real character. Milled from certified organic British grains at Doves Farm's Wiltshire mill.
