Eyebright is a small wild herb with a delicate, slightly astringent flavour and a long history of use in European herbalism. It makes a clean, light herbal infusion with a gently bitter character.
Packed by us at Earthfare and sourced from Organic Herb Trading. Certified organic, single herb, nothing added. Steep 1–2 teaspoons in freshly boiled water for 5–10 minutes.
