Marshmallow leaf (from the Althaea officinalis plant, not the confection) makes a mild, gently pleasant herbal tea with a slightly silky, mucilaginous quality. It's a traditional European herb with a long history in folk medicine. Light flavour, smooth character.
Packed by us at Earthfare and sourced from Organic Herb Trading. Certified organic, single herb, nothing added. Steep 1–2 teaspoons in freshly boiled water for 5–10 minutes.
