Bold, earthy and naturally caffeinated — yerba maté is South America's national drink and an extraordinary herbal tea in its own right. Brewed from the dried leaves of the Ilex paraguariensis tree, it delivers a grassy, slightly bitter flavour with a natural energy lift from its caffeine content.
Packed by us at Earthfare and sourced from Organic Herb Trading. Certified organic, single herb, nothing added. Steep 1–2 teaspoons in warm (not boiling, around 70–80°C) water for 3–5 minutes. Contains caffeine.
