Aromatic, slightly bitter and rich in herbal tradition — mugwort is one of the oldest and most storied herbs in European folk medicine. Related to wormwood and tarragon, it has a distinctive herbal aroma and makes a complex, earthy tea.
Packed by us at Earthfare and sourced from Organic Herb Trading. Certified organic, single herb, nothing added. Steep 1 teaspoon in freshly boiled water for 5–10 minutes. Not recommended during pregnancy.
