Between green and black, oolong is a partially oxidised tea with a complexity all of its own. Smooth, aromatic and with a depth that varies with each steep — a quality oolong rewards careful brewing and repays attention with subtlety and character.
Packed by us at Earthfare and sourced from Organic Herb Trading. Certified organic. Brew at around 85°C for 2–3 minutes. Try multiple infusions — oolong opens up with each steep. Contains caffeine.
