St John's Wort is one of the most researched herbs in Western herbalism, traditionally gathered around midsummer (St John's Day, 24 June) when the bright yellow flowers are at their best. It makes a mildly astringent, slightly resinous herbal tea.
Packed by us at Earthfare and sourced from Organic Herb Trading. Certified organic, single herb, nothing added. Steep 1–2 teaspoons in freshly boiled water for 5–10 minutes.
